Turning Tides Assist
Hello, I’m Katherine, Your Operational Support Partner
Running a service-based business takes more than skill in your craft. It requires strong behind-the-scenes structure, organized systems, secure documentation, clear communication, and consistent administrative support.

Many business owners find themselves stuck in the operational gaps: managing intake between clients, sorting emails after hours, and trying to refine workflows in whatever spare time they can find. Over time, this pulls focus away from the actual work and the clients they’re here to serve.
I work as a Systems + Client Care Specialist, supporting service-based and wellness professionals by streamlining client flow and building reliable backend systems that support sustainable growth without adding more overwhelm.

My background includes over nine years of client service and operations experience, including work in a clinical veterinary environment where accuracy, confidentiality, and careful documentation were essential parts of daily practice.

I bring a grounded, detail-oriented approach to every system I touch, focusing on clarity, discretion, and long-term functionality. I’m comfortable working within practice management tools, client platforms, and collaborative systems, and I prioritize structures that are easy to maintain, not just impressive on paper.

When your backend is working properly, your business feels lighter, your communication becomes easier, and your attention can return to your clients where it belongs.

If you’re ready to create a more organized, steady, and sustainable way of running your business, I’d be glad to explore what support could look like.

Based in Victoria, BC, supporting clients locally and remotely across Canada.
